Dispatch desk · United States

The trucks work. The desk protects the rate.

4 Freight Dispatch finds freight and negotiates the rate for owner-operators and small fleets, semis and box trucks. You keep the truck and the authority. There is no upfront fee, no forced dispatch, and no contract.

Why the desk is easy to try

Nothing upfront. Nothing forced. Nothing signed.

Carriers get nervous about dispatch for three good reasons. 4 Freight is built so those three do not apply. You pay when freight you approved actually moves, and you can stop when those loads are delivered.

01

No upfront fee

Nothing is due to start. No setup charge, no onboarding invoice, and no weekly minimum. 4 Freight is paid only as a percentage of gross, after you approve the load.

02

No forced dispatch

A hole on the board is not a reason to move the truck. You see the broker, the miles, and the rate first. If it does not fit, the answer is no.

03

No contract

There is no term to sign, no cancellation fee, and no paperwork that locks the truck to this desk. Stay while the weeks pay. Leave when the current loads are delivered.

Box trucks

16 to 26 foot box trucks, on the same desk.

Carriers asked for this, and the board covers it. Local and regional box freight is booked around the box length, the liftgate, the pallet count, and the city you need to finish in. A 26-foot truck is not offered a 53-foot load.

The rules do not change with the truck. No upfront fee, no forced dispatch, and no contract. The fee is still a percentage of the gross you approve.

About the company

4 Freight Dispatch is the desk behind the truck.

We work with carriers who are tired of a dispatcher grabbing the first load that fills a hole. The truck stays in their name. The authority stays theirs. Our revenue is a written percentage of gross freight.

What the fee pays for

01

Lane search

We look for freight that fits the truck you run, whether that is a 53-foot trailer or a 16- to 26-foot box, with your hours and your home time in the plan.

02

Rate negotiation

Brokers get a call before you accept. We push the linehaul and we do not hide a weak rate inside a long deadhead.

03

Setup and paperwork

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, and broker setup go out under your MC. You see the confirmation before pickup.

What the partners notice.

4 Freight took a Dallas to Chicago dry van and stayed on the broker until the rate matched the miles. I saw the confirmation before I hooked the trailer.

I run reefer out of the valley. They know a missed appointment costs the week, and they do not leave detention sitting in a broker’s inbox.

There was no contract and no bill to start. The weekly sheet matched 8% of my gross. That is the only way I want a desk paid.
Amina Diallo4F-1188 · Dry van · Memphis
I run a 26-foot box out of Chicago. They book around the liftgate and the city I need to finish in. They do not hand me a 53-foot load and call it close enough.
